Founder Story

Anyone can sell you AI. Almost no one can make it run your business.

Every company on earth is suddenly "an AI company." Here's the truth almost nobody says out loud: the AI is the easy part. It's a tool anyone can buy. What actually decides whether it works is understanding how a real business runs — and how technology has to be built to serve it. I've spent 30 years doing exactly that. Then I built AI to run my own three businesses. Let me tell you why that combination is rare, and why it should matter to you.

Thirty years on both sides of the table

I didn't discover technology last year. I've spent three decades in IT and infrastructure — building and running the systems that keep serious organizations alive:

I've sat across from C-suite executives setting strategy, and I've been in the server room with the engineers making it real. I know how the decision gets made and how it actually gets built — on-premises or in the cloud, on big projects with real stakes and no room for guesswork.

But I'm not just an IT guy — I run businesses too

Here's what separates this from every other "AI consultant": I don't just advise from the sidelines. I own and operate three very different businesses of my ownMJ23 Moments Museum (a Michael Jordan tribute museum and experience), H1 Premium (a clothing line), and H1 Enterprises (short-term rentals and property management). A museum, a retail brand, and real estate — three completely different worlds. I've built the websites. Fought the SEO. Written the documentation nobody wants to write. Chased the leads, sent the invoices, and drowned in the same repetitive busywork that eats every owner's week.

That's the gap in this whole market. Most AI vendors have never run a business. Most business coaches have never built enterprise IT. Almost no one has done both. I have.

So I built the thing I needed

I built AI OS11 — an AI operating system — to run all three of those businesses from one place. A museum, a clothing brand, and a property-management operation, each with completely different needs. It remembers everything, answers my leads 24/7, organizes my knowledge, handles the repetitive work, and reports back — with me approving anything that matters. Nothing acts on its own.

And here's the proof that counts most: it streamlines three completely different businesses — a museum, a clothing line, and a real-estate operation — for one person, at the same time. If AI can juggle three worlds that different for me, it can absolutely do it for you, running one.

AI is easy. Making it work is the whole game.

This is the part I need you to hear: buying AI is trivial. Everyone's selling it. But AI dropped into a business with no systems, no documentation, and no infrastructure to support it is just expensive shelfware. It doesn't stick. It doesn't scale. It quietly gets abandoned.

What makes it actually work is the part almost no one offers:

That's not "AI." That's 30 years of making technology serve a business. AI is just the newest, most powerful tool in the bag — and I know exactly where it fits.

What that means for you

Companies offer AI. That's nice. I offer the understanding of how business, IT, and technology fit together — and the experience to make it actually work in yours.

When you work with me, you're not buying a chatbot from someone who watched a few YouTube videos last month. You're getting someone who has run enterprise IT for organizations with real complexity, built and scaled businesses from the owner's seat, and already proven this exact system on three companies of his own — before ever offering it to you.

The bottom line

You don't need more AI hype. You need someone who has seen it all — from the boardroom to the server room, from the nonprofit to the hospital — and can finally make technology work for your business instead of against it. That's the rare thing. That's what I do. See how it works →
